We want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable landscaping project; if our rubber mulch does not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all materials remain in their original packaging and are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely repackage the mulch in its original bulk bags or pallets, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the exterior of the shipment.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Due to the weight of rubber mulch, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned materials for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
